1. Can I get my card before I leave on my trip next week?

Yes, we have a variety of delivery options, including overnight delivery.  All of our orders ship within 24 business hours, so you can be very sure of your delivery date.

We also have a low-cost  “Instant” version of the AdultInfoCard that  you can purchase and print yourself, so there is no waiting and no shipping cost at all.  It is not as nice a product as the plastic card and you do not receive a lanyard, but it may be the answer if you need your card immediately.

2. Can I get another card? Another lanyard?

Yes, but duplicate AdultInfoCards need to be ordered when you place your original order.  Duplicate lanyards can be ordered with the original order, but they can also be ordered separately whenever you wish.

3. What can you do if the individual no longer looks like picture on the card?

You will need to order a new AdultInfoCard.  It is also a good idea to order a new AdultInfoCard whenever information (address, phone numbers, contact information) changes.

4. Can you make the card from a casual snapshot?

We are able to use almost any photo you have.  Resolution can be an issue if the photo is very small, or if the person’s face is a small part of the picture.  If you send in a group shot, remember to let us know which person in the group is the one that goes on the AdultInfoCard!  We will contact you if there is a problem with the picture.

5. Do you send pictures back?

We try to return the pictures when we can, but do not guarantee it.

6. Can I e-mail you a digital photo and all the information to make the card?

Yes you can, but do NOT include your credit card information in the email. That will be collected by phone to protect your security.  If you wish to pay with PayPal you can include the PayPal address, which is usually your email address.  You would then receive a request for payment from PayPal, but no payment would be made to us without your authorization.

7. Do you offer a volume discount?

There is no volume discount, but you do pay a flat rate for shipping regardless of the number of AdultInfoCards ordered.  You can even include other products as well, and everything will be shipped together in one flat rate envelope or box.

8. Do you have a fundraiser program that could be profitable for our school/church/group?

9. Do you save my information for future replacement cards?

We do not save information for replacement cards in any type of database.  Your orders are saved in your account in our shopping cart.  As long as your account is still active, you can email us and request that a particular order be duplicated.  If you paid by PayPal, we can create the order and request payment through PayPal.  Credit Card information is not kept so if you paid by credit card we would have to call you for the number, expiration date, and security number.

10. Do you sell or share our information with other businesses?

No, we absolutely do not sell or share your personal information with anyone.

11. How fast can we receive our cards?

How fast you receive the AdultInfoCards depends upon the shipping method chosen.

We now have an “Instant” AdultInfoCard option available when you need it immediately.   When you order the  “Instant” version of the AdultInfoCard you print it yourself, so there is no waiting and no shipping cost.  It is not as nice a product as the plastic card and you do not receive a lanyard, but it may be the answer if you need your card immediately.

12. What is your cutoff time each day for orders?

The normal cutoff time each day is 12:00(noon) PST. If an order is received after this time it will be processed the next day.

If you need help but have passed the deadline, give us a call and we will try to meet your needs if at all possible.

13. What type of picture do you need?

Almost any family or individual photo is acceptable, but it is difficult to work with tiny or poor resolution pictures.  We will resize and crop it as needed, and contact you if there is any problem with the picture you have chosen.  Any picture format is acceptable for the regular plastic AdultInfoCard, but the application form for the “Instant” card requires the jpg format.

14. I don’t like to use my credit card online. Can I pay with PayPal?

Yes you can. During the payment portion of the application you have the option of paying by credit card or PayPal

15. Is this type of identification accepted at airports?

This is NOT designed to satisfy airline requirements. You would need to contact the airlines or your travel agent to find out what is needed for an individual without a drivers license or passport.

16. I live outside the United States. Can I order an AdultInfoCard?

Yes, but we do have to work a little harder. If you cannot make the address fit into the corresponding fields on the application, just email all the required information, together with the photo, but NOT your credit card information. Upon receipt we will contact you for any clarification of how the address can be made to fit, let you know what your shipping choices and corresponding costs would be, and provide you with a fax number where you could safely fax credit card information.

17. I live outside the United States. Do the quoted shipping rates apply for me?

No, the shipping rates are for the continental United States. We need to check and find out what choices are available for you.

18. My person I’m ordering the AdultInfoCard for has special needs and/or medications. Is there a way to put all the information on the AdultInfoCard?

Yes! The entire back of the AdultInfoCard is a field for “vital information”. You can enter extra contacts, allergies, medications, health conditions, behavior issues, or any other information that you feel might be important for someone to have.

19. What are my shipping options?

You have five different options to choose from for shipping. The least expensive method is U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, which promises to deliver in an average of 2-3 days for just $6.95. You will not receive tracking information, but it is available to us internally if we needed to follow-up. This method is inexpensive, fast, and thus far has been extremely reliable for our customers. We also offer four other choices that include tracking numbers for your convenience and comfort: “Standard Ground”
is by either Federal Express or UPS, takes 4-7 business days, for $10.99. “Expedited” is by either Federal Express or UPS, takes 3 business days, for $20.98. “2 Day ” is by either Federal Express or UPS, takes 2 business days, for $27.98.
“Overnight” is by either Federal Express or UPS, delivers the next business day, for $32.98.

20. I need badges for several people. Can I get them without paying more in shipping?

You can order as many cards as you like, even combining several different types of cards, for one flat rate shipping charge.
